At RideMyLife, we prioritize your satisfaction and want to ensure you’re delighted with your purchase. We accept returns only if the product you received is broken, defective, or not functioning as expected. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted if the item remains unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note, we do not offer returns for reasons other than product defects. Once the return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back. We reserve the right to inspect the returned item and determine whether it qualifies for an exchange or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy

We provide free standard shipping on all orders within India, shipped directly from our Pune location. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking link for real-time updates. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. All items are shipped with appropriate packaging to ensure safe delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately. We do not currently offer expedited shipping but are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible.
