We accept exchange if the product you received is broken, defective, or not functioning as expected. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange will only be accepted if the item remains unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note, we do not offer exchange reasons other than product defects. Once the exchange is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back. We reserve the right to inspect the returned item and determine whether it qualifies for an exchange.
